E-commerce products are sold by the Access Home Electronics Ltd (Business ID: 2133062-3), and later Kotihälytin. We sell our products to adult individuals in Finland. All prices include VAT (23%). We reserve the right price and the postage changes.

Ordering

Products can be ordered via the Internet as a rule at the shopping cart through the www.kotihalytin.fi. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, shipping, and products ordered. Order Confirmation is subject to the notification e-mail address when ordering. You agree to each order in force in terms of delivery.

Payment

Products and their postage is paid when ordering or picking up the mail parcel. In the online store can accept the following payment methods: Nordea Bank, Cooperative Bank, Insurance Company, Tapiola, Aktia, the local cooperative banks, savings banks, Handelsbanken, the S-Bank, Bank of Åland, Credit and Flexible invoice.

Payments are made at Checkout Finland Oy through the site, which conveys the charges to the Access Home Electronics Corp.

Shipping

Post yellow shuttle 14 and 16 Yellow Post-14 transport service package delivered directly to your door, and 16 service to the nearest post office. Postal sends package delivery to pick-up card, when the packet has arrived at the post office.

Delivery  

The average delivery time is seven working days from order. What is the ordered product is out, we will send the products backorder.

Return Policy

All our products have a 14 day money back guarantee. Recovery is free of charge. The returned product must be unused and in original packing. Please enclose your contact information and the transmission of a copy of your receipt. If you have received the wrong product or a product is defective, please contact customer service.

Changing the order

Orders can't be changed (for example, to add products), after it has received the Access Home Electronics Ltd and paid for.

Warranty

Access Home Electronics Ltd for kotihälytin year (12 months) warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover product misuse damage.
